Avionics Engineering Manager Job Description
">BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Avionics Engineering Manager to join our team. As an Avionics Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Radar supplier and providing systems and equipment engineering review of supplier-submitted documents in support of the Preliminary Declaration of Design and Performance (PDDP).
You will work closely with the Supplier to ensure the delivery of high-quality Radar Equipment, including participating in regular engineering reviews. You will also provide support to the delivery of the Radar Equipment into sub-system test, Avionics systems integration, and flight test.
The successful candidate will have experience in Teamcenter, PCMS, and DOORS as appropriate, and be able to create and review test plans and reports, and analyze System Problem Reports.
We are offering a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including employee share plans, health insurance, and pension scheme.
