Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team is operating smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, customer service, and store cleanliness
  • Assist the Manager in making decisions and implementing strategies to improve store performance
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
