About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IPAF Trainer to join our team in South London. As an IPAF Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering IPAF and PASMA training to both internal and external customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training and development programs to ensure statutory training requirements are met
• Evaluate training programs and make necessary amendments to adapt to changes in the work environment
• Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems
• Stay up-to-date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, attending meetings, and participating in relevant courses

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as an internal trainer in plant hire or tool hire
• Knowledge of access, platforms, lifting equipment, or specialist areas such as confined space or fall arrest
• IPAF instructor ticket (Registered IPAF Instructor Certificate)
