About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team at Alan Mitchell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing company valuations, financial modelling, and preparing materials for client and internal presentations.

As a Financial Modeller, you will work closely with our senior investment banking professionals to analyse investment opportunities, prepare financial requests, and work with third-party advisors. Your excellent quantitative skills and highly developed financial modelling skills will enable you to provide high-quality analysis and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Producing company valuations and financial modelling
  • Preparing materials for client and internal presentations
  • Attending client meetings and presentations
  • Preparing financial requests from clients and working with third-party advisors
  • Analysing investment opportunities by market, segment, or sector
  • Preparing statistical analysis of fund performance
Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter with a proactive attitude towards the responsibilities assigned. You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience within a modelling team, with proven financial modelling experience and excellent client presentation skills. As a team player, you should be flexible and able to maintain a positive attitude and high level of performance in demanding/time-sensitive initiatives.
