Job Details:We are seeking a talented Store Team Member to contribute to the success of our store. As a Store Colleague, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and participating in seasonal events.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and resolving issues.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the store, including service, picking, and replenishment areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in seasonal events to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor and improve store performance, contributing to sales growth and profit delivery.
- Take ownership of your work, prioritizing tasks and responding to customer needs.
- A competitive salary estimated at £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on location.
