We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Horticulture Team Lead to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our outdoor plant area, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, providing outstanding customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently manage the outdoor plant area, setting an example for your team and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Share your extensive knowledge of hardy plants with customers, helping them choose the best plants for their gardens.
  • Oversee EPOS systems, manage POS materials, and ensure smooth department operations.
  • Collaborate with your team to foster a positive work environment and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, providing a memorable shopping experience.

Requirements:
