Mental Health Assistant Position in a SEN School

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic graduate to work as a Mental Health Assistant in a specialist school for children with Social and Emotional Mental Health Needs based in Berkshire.
The ideal candidate will be open-minded and up for a challenge, with a strong understanding of complex needs.
- Support children aged 5-11 with behaviour and mental health issues
- Work alongside therapists and psychologists on-site at the school
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support to children with behaviour and mental health issues. This will involve working closely with therapists and psychologists to develop and implement strategies to improve the children's mental wellbeing.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm. The salary is competitive, ranging from £80-£95 per day.
