Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our Finance team at Eurocell, a leading manufacturer of uPVC products. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our customer relationships and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process outstanding invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and letter to resolve queries and negotiate payment plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Credit Control team to achieve targets and reduce average debtor days
  • Escalate any issues to the Credit Control Supervisor or Group Credit Manager as necessary
Requirements
  • Recent experience in Credit Control or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
