We are seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to support our client's Facilities function on a Fixed Term Contract basis. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent administrative skills, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks, working closely with the Facilities Co-ordinator.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, stationery orders, and maintain noticeboards to ensure effective information circulation.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of buildings and equipment, resolve customer enquiries, and assist with access control systems administration.
- Play a vital role in the smooth running of meetings by making room reservations and managing computer-based record systems within Facilities.
- Raise and process purchase orders and invoices, exercising cost awareness and budgetary control over specific areas of Facilities activities.
Requirements:
- Good general education and strong computer skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a good telephone manner.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, using initiative and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
