**TOTALLY Urgent Care Division**
**Advanced Clinical Practitioner Role**We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing health and clinical needs of patients, undertaking consultations as an autonomous practitioner, and diagnosing, treating, referring, or discharging patients using advanced clinical practice skills and own clinical judgement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead clinical teams during shifts
- Conduct patient consultations, taking comprehensive histories, physical examinations, and utilizing expert knowledge to identify potential diagnoses
- Determine treatment plans, including prescribing medication or referring patients to specialist services
- Provide clinical advice and mentorship to junior staff
- Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
- Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or higher)
- Clinical skills qualification at degree level
- Evidence of completion of study in minor illness, independent prescriber, and other relevant areas
