Permanent Site Manager Opportunity with a Growing Main Contractor

**Job Summary**
A dynamic Main Contractor based in Hertfordshire is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee a new build steel frame industrial project in Esher, Surrey. The ideal candidate will have experience working on industrial/warehouse projects and possess a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Oversee the construction of a new build steel frame industrial project from start to finish
  • Manage a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources


**Requirements**
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial/warehouse projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certifications
