We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Consultant with expertise in pharmaceutical logistics to join our team at Delta System and Software Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP EWM and experience in implementing and configuring the system for pharmaceutical companies. They will be responsible for designing and implementing warehouse management processes, including inventory management, goods receipt and issue, put away and pick rules, and quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement warehouse management processes for pharmaceutical companies
  • Configure and implement SAP EWM for inventory management, goods receipt and issue, put away and pick rules, and quality inspections
  • Develop and maintain Master Data, including Packaging Specifications and Warehouse Organizational Structure
  • Set up system integration between SAP ERP and SAP EWM
  • Configure and modify Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM
  • Implement advanced returns management, cross docking, and RFID enablement
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track warehouse performance

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in SAP EWM
  • Minimum of 12 full cycle implementations of SAP EWM
  • Good understanding of warehouse operational functions and business processes
  • Strong exposure to SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound, and Internal processes with VAS and Wave Management Posting Changes
  • Inventory management with EWM Goods receipt, Goods issue, Put away, bin determination, Pick Rule, WOCR, Internal routing, Deconsolidation, Quality Inspections, POSC
  • S/4 Embedded Extended Warehouse management cycle counting, physical inventory, special inventory handling, stock transfer reservations, transfer posting
  • Advanced returns management, Cross Docking, RFID enablement, PPF based action, Transportation Unit yard Management
  • Experience in creation of Master Data, including Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units
  • Sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM
  • Strong expertise in setting up system integration between SAP ERP and SAP EWM
