Product Safety Technical Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Safety & Environmental Engineering Lead to join our team at BAE Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety and environmental engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety and environmental engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including safety cases and supporting documentation.
Requirements:
- CEng level or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of safety and environmental engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and access to flexible working arrangements.
