Sales and Business Development Manager for North West Region

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Aggregates division covering the North West region.

Key Objectives- Identify and seize business opportunities for our Aggregates division, demonstrating your passion for growth and innovation.
- Earn a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, plus bonus, 25 days holiday + local bank holidays (with options to increase), and other benefits.
- Focus on generating high-value sales to new customers, making the most of every opportunity to enhance our market presence.
- Regularly assess sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued growth and success.
You will bring a passion for identifying and cultivating business opportunities by developing relationships with both new and existing customers across Lancashire. It isn't essential for you to have experience within the same industry, but we are looking for someone who can demonstrate increasing sales through effective business development and excellent customer care.
