Job Summary:

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is seeking a skilled and energetic Farm Labourer to join our team at a modern designed farm within a pig breeding operation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labour duties, including pressure washing and maintaining the condition and appearance of the farm to high standards.
  • Assist with building preparation and stock person duties.
  • Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the farm team to achieve daily goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy levels and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to exceed expectations.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work a 3-day week plus alternate weekends, with own transport necessary due to the rural location.
