Salary: £12.25 - £12.40 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at West Drayton. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and stock levels
- Monitor and control store expenses, including stock, labor, and overheads
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

Requirements:
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer engagement
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to manage and control store expenses
