The perfect candidate will be a strategic thinker who can distill complex data into actionable insights. With 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business intelligence, they will have a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, including supervision of day-to-day accounting and uncovering business insights that drive growth and increase efficiencies.

This role is essential to shaping our strategic direction by providing relevant data to executives to support better decision-making across all functional areas in the business. The ideal candidate will have experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, and be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about innovation and sustainability.

About the Role:
As a Finance & Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and financial processes, preparing monthly financial reports, and overseeing invoice and payables management. You will also work with heads of departments to identify key business drivers, track department-specific KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee invoice and payables management for timely and accurate processing
• Develop internal best practices and leverage competitive standards to build world-class finance practices
