Regulatory Technology Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Technology Specialist to join our team at Strategic Software Applications Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying customer business objectives and analysing needs and challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RegTech, with experience in financial markets and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements. They will be able to work effectively with clients to extract requirements from regulatory documents and design the most appropriate solution to address key pain-points.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Combine IT and business skills, working alongside our existing Principal Solutions Engineer and experienced team of RegTech Solutions Consultants to help secure deals from both new and existing clients.
  • Deliver impactful demos that effectively showcase our product and solutions.
  • Identify customer business objectives, analyse needs and challenges, extracting requirements from regulatory documents, and designing the most appropriate solution to address key pain-points.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years' experience in a Sales Solutions Engineer position within RegTech.
  • Experience in financial markets required, with strong preference given to regulatory and compliance experience.
  • Knowledge of general software architecture and inter-operability.
  • Knowledge of the audit, governance and risk landscape would be a bonus.
