Ignata Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join their team. This newly created role will involve a high level of engagement across the business to aid commercial decision-making at the highest level. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial decision-making and shaping the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build strong relationships with budget holders and senior management team, supporting them with analysis to drive commercial decisions.
* Develop and maintain weekly commercial trade packs.
* Ensure divisional heads understand and own their numbers by providing analysis that informs and aids decision-making.
* Review monthly sales consolidation and provide analysis.
* Work alongside the financial control team to attain key financial data.
* Assist the head of business partnering to achieve tight deadlines in delivering budgets.
* Identify commercial opportunities, cost efficiencies, and control risks.
* Conduct competitor analysis and market insight reports.

Requirements:

* PQ/Finalist ACCA/CIMA or QBE
* Advanced Excel knowledge
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
* Commercial acumen
* Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Strong data analysis, forecasting, and modelling experience
* Stakeholder management – manage and influence stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail
