About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Account Director to lead our organic team at ThePlaceToBe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and development of our organic team, working closely with our Director of the department and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement overarching strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, content specialists, and PR specialists
  • Collaborate with the Director of the department to align team goals and objectives
  • Ensure excellent and demonstrable experience across content, copywriting, and proofreading
  • Lead from the front and be prepared to help on the activation piece if required

Requirements:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in PR and/or SEO
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and how SEO and Digital PR work hand in hand
  • Understanding and knowledge of data and analysis, such as CRO
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Passionate about the work and inspiring the team
