Operations Director

ZEST Food Jobs is partnering with a renowned global food manufacturer that prides itself on its progressive culture and commitment to growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Technical, and Health and Safety.
- Develop and implement CI and Lean Manufacturing strategies to improve line efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Coach and develop team members, creating development plans and reviewing KPIs.
- Oversee the Production, Technical, and Engineering departments, ensuring site safety and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with all departments and assume responsibility for the Operations Director in their absence.
