AD Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the sales ledger process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders and manage the sales ledger
- Reconcile the sales ledger and chase outstanding debt
- Build relationships with customers and ensure smooth cash flow
- Manage credit control and customer queries
- Issue proforma prepayment invoices and credit notes
- Set up new customers and review customer accounts
- Run customer daybooks and collate delivery documentation
- Issue commercial invoices and sales returns
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have AAT qualifications or experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and intermediate to advanced Excel skills. You will be a team player who is able to take ownership of a process and make it your own.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 25 days holiday, a 12 o'clock finish on Fridays, and a Christmas shutdown. This is an on-site role with free parking and a friendly finance team.
