Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 - 16:00

Salary: £90 - £130 per day

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team at Connex Education to work in secondary schools across Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to gain classroom experience and support young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Provide support to pupils where necessary.
  • Ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Confidence in supervising students and delivering lesson materials.
  • Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
