This highly respected optical group is seeking a highly skilled Practice Director to lead their successful practice. With nearly 100 years of experience, the company has built a reputation for exceptional service and patient loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure practice efficiency and compliance with organisational procedures.">
• Guarantee total customer satisfaction with products and services.">
• Serve as an effective leader, motivating, supporting, training and developing staff.">
• Realise the full potential of the practice in terms of patient numbers and sales targets.">
• Achieve maximum profitability.">
• Be responsible for quality control in all areas.">
• Manage stock control effectively.">
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the practice.">
• Be accountable for health and safety standards across the practice.">
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to maximise marketing effectiveness at a local level.">
• Drive cost efficiencies.">
• Dispense spectacles to prescriptions.">

Personal Specification - Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Prior management experience would be advantageous, or a proven track record of developing and supporting staff.">
• A strong background in customer service.">
• Experience of driving business performance, such as sales, customer satisfaction and cost efficiencies.">
• A strong leader, able to motivate and engage with staff at all levels.">

Estimated Salary: £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Working Conditions: This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. A minimum of one year's experience as an Optical Supervisor is required.

Location: Ripley. Ability to commute/relocate before starting work is required.
