As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes.

Our engineers are equipped with the latest tools and technology to ensure that they can deliver a first-class service to our customers.

We are looking for an engineer who is passionate about problem-solving and has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes
  • Use our specialist equipment and software to ensure efficient and effective repairs
  • Work collaboratively with our regional service teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on skill set and experience
  • Uncapped bonus scheme to increase earnings
  • OTE of up to £50,000 per annum

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the white goods repair sector in a field-based capacity
  • Up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers
  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
