Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Services Manager to join our team at Circle Reading Hospital. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing diagnostic imaging services, including MRI, and will be able to lead a team of imaging professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the department.
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern to ensure that our diagnostic imaging services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- To manage the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients, including MRI.
- To lead a team of imaging professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the department.
- To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as radiography or medical imaging.
- Experience in managing diagnostic imaging services, including MRI.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
