We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant for Chartwells - Schools. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
  • Create visually appealing food and counter displays that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Represent Chartwells - Schools in a professional and positive manner, maintaining a strong brand image.
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
