Administrative Assistant for Holistic Wellness Provider

We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as an Experienced and Tech Savvy Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our business operations, marketing, and administrative tasks.
About the RoleThis is a long-term engagement opportunity for a Virtual Assistant who is passionate about nutrition, skin health, and holistic wellness. You will work closely with our team to support business operations, marketing, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management: Create engaging content for Instagram, including carousels, posts, infographics, and reels.
- Content Creation and Newsletter: Develop bi-weekly blog and newsletter content.
- Website Management: Establish an online shop on SquareSpace and conduct regular website maintenance and updates.
- Minimum of three years working as a freelance administrative assistant with email marketing and social media experience.
- Basic website skills desired, however Digital Marketing and VA experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm is a must.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency and good interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills.
- $7 per hour, 10 hours per week.
- Flexible Philippine Time with check-in meetings weekly in Greenwich Mean Time (UK).
