About the Role:

Tempest Resourcing Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at one of our primary schools in South London. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the school's premises, ensuring a safe and presentable environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the property and asset management of the school, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Liaise regularly with the Head Teacher on caretaking and site management issues.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff and students.
  • Manage the caretaking and cleaning staff, ensuring the school's premises are maintained to a high standard.
  • Ensure the security of the school premises, including access control and surveillance.
  • Manage any machinery or plant within the school, ensuring they are properly maintained and serviced.
