About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Storal. As a key member of our nursery school, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children, ensuring they reach their full potential under the EYFS framework.
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and parents to create a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in child development or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 6 months' experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under the age of 5.
  • Be familiar with the EYFS framework and its implementation.
  • Embody the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.

  • A competitive salary ranging from £23,920 to £27,622.40 FTE, dependent on experience and qualifications (pro-rata for part-time hours).
