About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operational Support Administrator to deliver high quality support to our business, including customer focused support and working closely with the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our business, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general customer service.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security at all times.


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
