About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing an excellent service to our departments and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering and rerouting incoming calls, booking travel and accommodation for staff, and matching and processing supplier invoices.
- Liaise with colleagues at other sites in the UK to ensure that goods are receipted in a timely manner.
- Check and format invoices, ensuring supplier records are kept up to date, accurate and in line with company policy.
- Communicate with suppliers on a daily basis about various queries.
- Record information and update paperwork and spreadsheets.
- Work across departments assisting with adhoc administrative needs.
About You:
- You will have experience within an office undertaking administrative duties and possess good IT skills.
- You will be a self-motivated individual with a positive and friendly attitude, great telephone manner, and the ability to work on your own initiative but as part of a team.
- You will be well organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
