Job Title: Engineering Shift Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Shift Manager to lead our engineering team in a busy and highly automated distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend handover meetings with the senior engineering team
* Plan and organise the engineering team's schedule of planned maintenance
* Respond to breakdowns and manage system and equipment incidents
* Mentor and lead the team, ensuring they work within H&S guidelines
* Manage spare parts and monitor inventory and usage
* Have a strong understanding of control systems, including WMS and SCADA

Requirements:

* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work within H&S guidelines
