Job Role: Assembly Technician


At The Electronics Group, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. This exciting role involves working within our production department, collaborating closely with the engineering, operations, accounts, and sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assemble electrical wiring and plumbing in control panels.
  2. Assemble mechanical and electrical equipment using correct hand tools safely.
  3. Prepare and pack equipment in line with production schedules.
  4. Test and monitor equipment prior to delivery, ensuring the highest quality standards.
  5. Maintain high Health & Safety standards, keep workspaces tidy, and dispose of waste responsibly.
  6. Load and offload equipment safely using appropriate methods.
  7. Assist with stock-taking, accept deliveries, and manage stock levels and documentation.
  8. Update CRM systems and ensure all records and paperwork are accurate.

Requirements:

What We Offer:

  • Starting salary: £22,500 - £29,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
