We are seeking a reliable and friendly Retail Assistant to join our team at Farmfoods. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling stock, and working as part of a small team to maintain a safe and clean shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to customers and assist them in finding the products they need.
  • Operate the tills efficiently and accurately, offering help to pack and providing a friendly thank you and goodbye.
  • Handle stock with care, placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers to buy.
  • Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines, ensuring the shop remains safe, clean, and tidy.

Requirements:

  • A friendly, positive, and hardworking approach to work.
  • Ability to enjoy being busy and adapt to changing situations.
  • Reliability, as you will be an important part of a small team.
  • A bit of flexibility when it comes to shifts, with the understanding that rota's are planned three weeks in advance.
