We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Rhodes Wood Hospital, providing care for children and young people aged 8-18 years with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to patients with eating disorders, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored treatment programmes.
- Support a warm and nurturing environment, encouraging patients to personalise their bedroom spaces and promoting a sense of home and belonging.
- Work closely with the on-site Ofsted Registered school to support patients in continuing their education while in hospital.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
- Relevant nursing qualification and registration
- Strong team-working skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- High level of self-motivation and flexibility
- Positive attitude and natural ability to care for and support patients
- Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
- Annual salary up to £38,000 depending on experience
- £5000 welcome bonus
