We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our client's engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading and understanding engineering drawings, machining components and parts to specification using manual tools, and working to high tolerances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Machining components and parts to precise specifications
  • Working with manual machines and calculating high tolerances

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in a similar role
  • HNC / NVQ or equivalent in an engineering field desirable
