Your Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll engage with the public at exciting events and venues, sharing the inspiring stories of our charity partners and encouraging generous donations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You'll interact with people in vibrant settings, seeking their support through monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.
  • You'll receive award-winning training and mentorship to ensure you excel in your role.
  • You'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating a significant impact.

We're Looking For Someone With

A background in customer-facing roles—sales, service, or even field sales experience is a plus. You'll need exceptional communication skills to build rapport quickly and comfortably with diverse audiences.

  1. A competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum + uncapped discretionary bonus (£45,000+ OTE).
