**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Site Agent to work with a Civil Engineering contractor on a new roads development in Yorkshire, covering night shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, and managing the site labor force and sub-contractors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment
* Maintain accurate daily records and RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) documents
* Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
* Oversee the ordering of plant and materials for the site
* Supervise and monitor the work produced by site labor and sub-contractors
* Resolve any technical difficulties or problems that may arise

**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
* Possession of a CSCS Card
* First Aid certification
* SMSTS, SSSTS, or IOSH certification
* Excellent record-keeping skills and computer literacy
* Valid UK driving license
