About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Companions at Home Instead. As a Care Companion, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings, promoting their independence and well-being
