Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Risk Specialist to support our regional Information Security and IT Risk functions. This role involves critical daily support and collaboration with the regional Information Security Manager, focusing on security assessments, reviews, and program management. Prior experience in banking or capital markets is essential.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day security operations, allowing the Security Manager to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough security reviews, walkthroughs, and assessments, identifying necessary controls to mitigate risks related to internal assets and outsourcing.
  • Provide expert consultation to resolve technical security issues promptly.
  • Manage regulatory risk reporting, ensuring compliance with all standards and policies.
  • Maintain and expand in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Information Security and IT Risk.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in Information Security, ideally within a banking or capital markets environment.
  • Proficiency in RSA Archer, Tableau, Windows, networks, databases, and basic security protocols.
  • Solid programming skills to extract and interpret operational data from unstructured formats.
  • Advanced technical expertise across a range of technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and interpersonal abilities.
