**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Michael Page Engineering & Manufacturing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing electrical and technical support to our production equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Planned Maintenance**: Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • **Breakdown Diagnostics**: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues on production machinery, escalating complex problems to senior management as needed.
  • **Fault Finding and Rectification**: Conduct thorough fault analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure accurate and safe equipment operation.
  • **Training and Development**: Share best practices and mentor junior engineers to enhance team skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

  • **Electrical Systems Experience**: Proven expertise in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • **CMMS and SAP Experience**: Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and SAP software.
  • **Maintenance Systems**: Strong understanding of maintenance systems, including Lean principles.
  • **Health and Safety**: Excellent knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.

**What We Offer:**

  • **Competitive Salary**: £52,000 - £54,000 (inclusive of shift allowance).
