We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellbeing Coach to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As a Wellbeing Coach, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to manage their own health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver group and 1-1 health and wellbeing services to support participants in building self-awareness, confidence, and communication skills.
- Perform health specific assessments to identify health challenges and provide evidence-based advice to support participants in overcoming health barriers to work.
- Develop and deliver training and support materials to support non-healthcare trained employees.
- Build key relationships with internal delivery teams across Seetec's employability sector.
- Proven experience of working in health promotion or public health.
- Excellent rapport building experience with a range of customers and stakeholders.
- A health qualification registered with Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), or British Association for Behaviour & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) would be advantageous.
