**Job Title:** Mechanical Project Engineer

**Location:** Wanlip, Leicestershire

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to join our Natural Resources team at Kier Group. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful upgrade and enhancement of the existing wastewater treatment facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering large-scale M&E projects, particularly in wastewater treatment facilities. A strong background in mechanical engineering, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Authorizing technical scopes of work and undertaking gap analysis on mechanical tender submissions
  • Identifying and rectifying interface issues within mechanical design and build packages
  • Creation and management of digital quality records and supply chain programs
  • Overseeing projects from inception to completion using supply chain resources and construction personnel
  • Evaluation of early site investigation works and production of health and safety documentation

**Salary:** £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
