PRS is a leading maintenance company seeking a Senior Data Centre Maintenance Specialist to join their team in Middlesex.



As a Senior Data Centre Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the critical infrastructure of our data centre, including HV, Generators, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), Transformers, Switchgears, single phase, three phase, and VRV's.



The ideal candidate will have experience working in a critical data centre environment, with a strong background in HV, electrical systems, and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Centre Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for:





  • Maintaining HV, Generators, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), Transformers, Switchgears, single phase, three phase, and VRV's

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the data centre's critical infrastructure is running efficiently

  • Identifying and resolving electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner

  • Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure seamless operation of the data centre



Working shift pattern continental 6's and 4's days and nights, the Senior Data Centre Maintenance Specialist must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:





  • Experience working in a critical data centre environment

  • Strong background in HV, electrical systems, and maintenance procedures

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

  • HV authorization
