About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and maximizing sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, including identifying new sales opportunities and maximizing sales revenue.
  • Prospecting: Proactively prospect new business and liaise with existing customers to update on delays, shortages, and delivery dates.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process and schedule customer orders efficiently, raise sales orders ensuring accuracy, and complete general administration duties.

Requirements

  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to email enquiries and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
