Job Title: Bids / Proposal Executive
Location: London / Hybrid
Reports to: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bids / Proposal Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for managing high-quality bids and proposals, ensuring timely submissions and alignment with client requirements and network strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. RFP Coordination: Manage the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timely submissions and accuracy.
  2. Document Management: Maintain and update proposal templates and content, ensuring consistency and quality.
  3. Content Development: Edit and customize non-technical sections of proposals, highlighting our firm's expertise and value proposition.
  4. Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and client expectations, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  5. Quality Control: Review proposals for accuracy, quality, and compliance with client requirements.
  6. Administrative Support: Track RFP status and assist in post-submission debriefs, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in bid management and proposal development.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in proposal development and management tools.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
