Key Responsibilities- Manage office and client payments, overseeing billing processes and preparing VAT returns.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, ensure compliance with Solicitors Account Rules, and resolve general account queries.
- Execute month and year-end duties, processing payroll, and dealing with petty cash.
- Process all forms of financial transactions, including BACS and CHAPS, electronic payments, and conveyancing completions.
- Produce end-of-year accounts and report at partner level.
