Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Analyst to join our team at Brook Street. As a Data Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data ingestion into our Risk Analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data sourcing, ingestion, and quality control tasks to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Work closely with the data team to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to support business operations.
- Collaborate with external partners, including brokers and data providers, to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Perform reconciliations across risk, claim, and premium datasets.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the Lloyd's and Company market practices and processes.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in data operations and analytics, particularly in the Lloyd's market.
- Strong understanding of data sourcing, ingestion, and quality control processes.
- Experience with data manipulation in Excel and data management platforms such as DDM/IRIS.
- Knowledge of Lloyd's Binding Authorities and risk reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
