Client Accounts Coordinator

Countrywide, part of Connells Group, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to support the accounting functions within our estate agency network.

You will be working for the UK's largest property services group, serving customers nationwide across over 85 brands. We offer unparalleled coverage of the UK property market and provide unique support to our customers across the residential and commercial property markets.

To succeed as a Client Accounts Coordinator, you will need to:

  • Demonstrate your passion for working with people by taking ownership of customer queries and resolving them efficiently.
  • Support our customers with good telephone manner, strong numeracy, and communication skills.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure the safekeeping and proper handling of client money.
  • Establish and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Be a team player, contributing to team meetings and training.
  • Have a willingness to learn and proactively build your knowledge of relevant legislation.
